ANI radius per taxon?

Where can I consult the ANI radius for a specific species?
If you classify a genome, the results file gtdbtk.bac120.summary.tsv lists for that genome the closest reference genome, its classification and the ANI radius for that reference genome/species cluster.

But where can I look up the ANI radius for e.g. each species in a specific genus?

Hi. You can find this information in the auxillary_files/sp_clusters.tsv file that is provided with each GTDB release. This file for the latest release of GTDB can always be found at: https://data.ace.uq.edu.au/public/gtdb/data/releases/latest/auxillary_files/sp_clusters.tsv
