I am trying to map the species ID and names from my file classified from GTDB version 220 with “synonyms.bac120_r220.tsv” downloaded from the link here - GTDB Data - /releases/release220/220.0/auxillary_files/
However, I find that many of the species were missing from this file. For example, Bifidobacterium longum wasn’t found in this file.
I am wondering if this is the correct file to look for matches using the same database version 220?
