Where does Stigonema anomalum fit in the scheme?

GTDB is a genome-based taxonomy which incorporates genomes from the NCBI Assembly DB, which currently does not contain any Stigonema anomalum genomes.
If you have a Stigonema anomalum genome assembly, you can obtain a GTDB classification with the GTDB-Tk (GitHub - Ecogenomics/GTDBTk: GTDB-Tk: a toolkit for assigning objective taxonomic classifications to bacterial and archaeal genomes.).
