Species representatives on GTDB are annotated with Prodigal, which outputs a GFF file along with the amino acid sequences, is there a way to access these files? The ‘Download’ section only has the FASTA files for both nucleotides and amino acids
Hi. Apologies for the slow reply. Unfortunately, we do not provide the GFF files. Prodigal is very computationally efficient so hopefully it is possible for you to run it over the provided genomic FASTA files.
