g__CAIMXF01 - was assinged, but there are no info here

Hello dear GTDB team!
I have a question, I had some mags, and one of them was assinged with gtdbtk as

d__Bacteria;

p__Proteobacteria;

c__Gammaproteobacteria;

o__Burkholderiales;

f__Burkholderiaceae;

g__CAIMXF01;

s__

But I can’t find this genus here.
If I can’t find anything by the genus name, I check gtdb and can find the bioproject name, at least to see in wich work this genus was.
Can you suggest explanation, why it even appeared, if it’s not here anyway?

Hi Alla,

It looks like you are using the outdated version of the GTDB-Tk. Please make sure to use the latest version which has been updated with the current release.

The genus g__CAIMXF01 has been validly named in R220 following the description of new genus Scleromatobacter by Mieszkin et al. 2023. See also taxon history at the bottom of this page.

Please note that you can always search for the taxon using our Taxon history tool.
