GTDB version on KBase

Hi, may I ask if there is any plan of updating the data sources of GTDB-Tk on the KBase platform? I am looking forward to seeing the update to r226.

Hi Meng-Syun,

We don’t directly maintain GTDB-Tk on KBase. I have reached out to the team at KBase to ask them to update to the latest version of the GTDB-Tk software and reference DB.
