How to submit data to GTDB

Hi there, I’m wondering about whether the GTDB accepts genome submissions and, if so, how one goes about submitting genomic data to the GTDB.

Thanks for your request.

GTDB is not a genomic repository and we are not planning to expand in this direction.
We hope that our ‘source’ databases would become more inclusive and facilitate the submission of genomic data that could eventually be included in our releases.
For now, please submit your genomes to NCBI or one of the INSDC databases.
