Installation problems

Dear GTDB team,

I have been trying to install the latest GTDB release 2.5.2 on our Ubuntu 20 system for over a week now, but there is a major issue with downloading the R226 database. Initially, it contained incorrect/incomplete genomes, and for the past week, it has not been downloadable at all.
Are there any restrictions or limitations for Europe/Germany that we should be aware of?

Which server are you using to download the R226 database?

We’ve set up a mirror in Aalborg, and downloading from Germany may be faster. There was a maintenance outage on the server last week, and some file systems didn’t restart properly, but it should be fixed now.
