Is it possible to filter the markers for a specific genus?

Hi!

I’m interested in results only regarting one genus. Is it possible to pre-specify this genus or is that something I have to filter for when I have all results?

Hi Ditte,

Given the current GTDB-Tk methodology there is no way limit the computation to a single taxon. As such, you’ll have to filter the final results if you are only interested in genomes assigned to a specific taxon.
