There was a recent change in the MD5SUM.txt in the GTDB Data ftp download directory causing issues: when using the latest folder, the filenames on latest/MD5SUM.txt do not match filenames from its folder but the original versioned files, for example: ./bac120_taxonomy_r214.tsv.gz is listed instead of ./bac120_taxonomy.tsv.gz. This makes automatic file checking more complicated and prone to errors. Is this expected for now on or it is a bug?
