o__Christensenellales have different class parent

When I search https://gtdb.ecogenomic.org/searches?s=al&q=Christensenellales,

Christensenellales have parent: c__Clostridia_A

When I run gtdbtk(1.3.0) based on GTDB R95, I got duplicate parent:

MAG-01552   d__Bacteria;p__Firmicutes_A;c__Clostridia_A;o__Christensenellales;f__CAG-138;g__PeH17;s__PeH17 sp000435055_MAG-01552
MAG-05024   d__Bacteria;p__Firmicutes_A;c__Clostridia;o__Christensenellales;f__CAG-74;g__MAG-05024;s__MAG-05024

How to explain this taxonomy classification ?

Hi,

Which GTDB-Tk file is producing this classification? GTDB does not have a genus named g__MAG-05024 or a species named s__MAG-5024. GTDB does define the family f__CAG-74, but it is contained in the lineage c__Clostridia_A; o__Christensenellales. Are you running the GTDB-Tk results through another script or program before examining the results?

I used GTDB-TK v1.2.0 and GTDB R89, not GTDB-TK v1.3.0.
