Phylogenetic tree bootstrap values

Hello,

Looking at the bacterial and archaeal trees, it appears that some nodes contain values for non-parametric bootstrap support, while others have no information. Is there a version of the trees that contains all the bootstrap supports? Or can the nodes without values be assumed to be above some bootstrap support value?
