Some genomes of PRJEB31003 are incorrectly tagged as "Isolate"

Hi,

Some genomes of the bioproject PRJEB31003 are incorrectly labelled as “Isolate” while they are derived from a metagenome according to the NCBI (e.g GCF_900754495.1, GCF_900753095.1 )

Could you fix this?

Hi Florian,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. NCBI has only recently labelled these genomes as “derived from metagenome” which is why they are annotated as “isolate” in the current GTDB. We base this assessment directly on the NCBI data so this change will be reflected in an upcoming GTDB release.
