The GTDB-Tk reference data does not exist or is corrupted

Hi!
I have followed the instructions from Installing GTDB-Tk — GTDB-Tk 2.4.1 documentation
I have following in my path (~/pl0411-01/project_data/GTDB):
markers masks metadata mrca_red msa pplacer radii skani split taxonomy
but running gtdbtk check_install I get:

I did the installation twice once from full package and once from split package.
There is no MD5 provided for them.
The link from the table on the webpage where is the checksum
https://data.gtdb.ecogenomic.org/releases/release226/226.0/auxillary_files/gtdbtk_package/full_package/gtdbtk_r226_data.tar.gz
fails (failed: Connection timed out.).
Can anyone help me with that?

md5sum -c gtdbtk_data.tar.gz returns:
md5sum: gtdbtk_data.tar.gz: no properly formatted MD5 checksum lines found

The problem was in inproper binding the GTDBTK_DATA_PATH to the container
